Direct from the Kitchen
BestShito is a marketplace connecting you directly with artisanal kitchens. This means your shito is often bottled just days (or hours!) before it reaches you, ensuring maximum freshness.
Multi-Vendor Shipping
If you buy from multiple kitchens in one order, you will receive multiple deliveries. Each kitchen manages its own delivery schedule and fees, which are clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Zones
Vendors set their own delivery zones (e.g., East Legon, Kumasi Central, Tema). Please ensure you select the correct zone during checkout to avoid delays.
Timeline
Most vendors fulfill orders within 24–48 hours. You can track the status from 'Preparing' to 'Delivered' in your dashboard.
Buyer Protection
We hold vendor payouts until you confirm delivery or 48 hours after the vendor marks it as delivered. This ensures you always receive the jar you paid for.
